A short tutorial from me on how to access Opentype Features or special characters in fonts using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Canva.
1. Open the Adobe Illustrator program. Go to the type tool panel and select the font you want. This time I used the Codigra font.
2. Type the word you want, then select the letters you want to replace. Usually the options appear immediately. If not, you can open the panel above, namely Windows > Type > Glyphs. There you can see all the available font characters.
Or you can also use the OpenType menu. The method is Windows > Type > OpenType. There you can access the features available in the font.
3. Additionally you can view all characters in the Font Book (Mac) or Character Map (Windows). You can also copy it from here.
